Dirt Cake

Ingredients:
- 20 2-inch flowerpots
- 2 packages chocolate sandwich cookies
- 2 (3.5 oz) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 1/2 cups cold skim milk
- 3 cups heavy cream (or a 12 oz container of frozen whipped topping for a lighter fare)
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 2 sticks cream cheese, softened
- Gummy worms, bugs or flowers (optional)
Instructions:
- Sit 20 cookies aside then run the rest through a food processor until the crumbs resemble dirt.
- Wisk the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk for 5 minutes, or until set.
- Cream the cream cheese with the confectioners’ sugar.
- Combine the cream cheese mixture with the vanilla pudding.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until peaks form.
- Once it is set, gently fold the heavy cream in with the cream cheese and vanilla pudding mixture.
- Reserve 1 1/2 cups of cookie crumbs and mix the rest in with the pudding mixture.
- Cover the drainage hole at the bottom of each clean flowerpot with one of the sandwich cookie.
- Spoon your mixture in each pot about three-fourths of the way full.
- Top each pot with the cookie crumbs. Add gummy worms, bugs or flowers to the top.
